ZOOVA 3-YEAR FRAME / 90DAY PARTS LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
ZOOVAA Adjustable Height Standing Desk Riser Comes with a 3-year frame/90day parts limited manufacturer warranty. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. ZOOVAA will repair or replace, at its own discretion, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use or maintenance during the 90day parts / 3-year frame limited manufacturer warranty.
The 3-year frame/90-day parts manufacturer warranty does not cover products under these conditions:
- Defects or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, extreme environmental condition or failure to use products for the purpose and under conditions for which they were intended
- Variations in color, color-fastness, or texture of material
- Normal wear and tear attributable to use of the products
- Products not installed or used in compliance with Zoovaa’s instruction or warnings, including care and cleaning instructions
- Damage attributable to accessories, attachments, modifications, installations or alterations not authorized or improperly performed
- Damage resulting from shipment or handling
- Products used for rental purposes
- Acts of God, such as hurricanes or floods
- No proof of purchase
- Items that are unidentifiable by serial number or otherwise
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers
- Free products
- Lost or stolen products
